| Poly Building Insulation Blankets for Roofing |
| Description |
POLYGLASS glasswool insulation has become a necessity in commercial and residential building insulation.
Poly Building Insulation Blankets and Polywool Duct Wrap is a form of lightweight, flexible and resilient insulation material, made of long-glass wool bonded with a thermosetting resin. It provides excellent thermal insulation qualities and is an effective acoustical, sound absorption material. Both products are available unfaced or faced with a Commercial foil-skrim-kraft (FSK). Our factory on-line application of the facing material during the manufacturing process assures uniform quality. |
|
|
| Applications |
Poly Building Insulation Blankets are widely used for underside of metal deck roofing to reduce the heat gain and loss. For sound absorption, it reduces noise from rain or hail drumming. This creates a more pleasant, quiet and comfortable building interior.
In the insulation of residential roofs it can be either installed between the roof trusses or on top of ceiling. The aluminium foil is a vapour barrier which prevents water contamination to the glasswool insulation. |

Polyduct Duct Work System
for Comfort and
Energy Saving
|
| Polyduct for Noise Control and Thermal Insulation |
| Description |
Polyduct Duct Work System, a high density glasswool base composite material laminated with glass cloth on one side and aluminium glass cloth on the other side by a special fire retardant resin, performs better and last longer than the conventional galvanized zinc sheet ductwrap system. The one-off on line lamination process ensures the highest flexural rigidity of the board thereby reducing the need of reinforcement for high pressure system.
It is designed to withstand high pressure and high velocity providing reliable, safe, cleanable, thermal insulation and acoustic absorption in one product. Air duct system fabricated from POLYDUCT appears neat and tidy compared to ductwrap system. Moreover, duct edges insulation thickness not compromised, thus avoid condensation.

|
| PolyBoard for Noise Control and Thermal Insulation |
| Description |
Poly Semi Rigid Plain Glasswool Boards are thermal and acoustical insulation boards manufactured from highly resilient, inorganic glass fibres bonded with thermosetting resinby the unique Poly Glass rotary attenuation process which incorporates a uniform and consistent fibre diameter for superior thermal and acoustic performance. The products are dimensionally stable, with good mechanical strength and provide high degree of compression resistance. It is available in various densities and thicknesses.
|
|
| Applications |
Poly Semi Rigid Plain Glasswool Boards are used in Industrial Equipment Insulation (I.E.I) and provide varied degrees of compression resistance and flexibility to aid easy installation to curve and irregular shapes, so that maximum thickness is maintained around corners and joints. The products are dimensionally stable and do not deteriorate with time.
Application of Poly Semi Rigid Plain Glasswool Boards include the following:
a) Heating equipment such as ovens, furnaces and hot water generator.
b) Cooling equipment such as air-conditioning duct work, food processing freezers and low temperature specially equipment.
c) Vessel tanks and other storage facilities with operating temperature from -51C to 204C.
d) Noise Control/Reduction for factory equipments, generator, generator rooms, highway sound barrier, etc.
Poly Semi Rigid Plain Glasswool Boards are also widely used as an internal thermal and acoustic liner for Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC) system, to converse heating, cooling energy and to control vibration-borne noise in ducts and equipments. |
